INGREDIENTS:
- 1 jar #Lafragua artichoke hearts.
- 1/2 can of anchovy stuffed olives #Lafragua
- 1/2 onion
- Endive
- Lettuce
- 1/2 jar of piquillo peppers #Lafragua
- Garlic powder
- Olive oil EVOO
- Apple cider vinegar
METHOD:
- Place the endive and lettuce in a container.
- Chop the onion into small cubes and spread them over the lettuce.
- Add the piquillo peppers and cut them into pieces.
- Add the artichokes, cut into pieces or halved.
- Add the olives on top.
- Season with a little garlic, olive oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper.
