Anís Manolete Seco is an aniseed-flavored beverage made with ingredients of the highest quality, such as natural aniseed grain or specially selected aniseed matalahúva, which gives it its characteristic aroma. It is produced in an artisanal way and its distillation takes place in original copper stills from the 19th century. It is currently one of the best known aniseed in Spain.

The Anís Manolete Seco is completely crystalline. It offers a clean and sweet aroma and a frank and intense distilled anise flavor.
