Flumen Dorivm Roble Ribera del Duero. Red wine from Ribera del Duero, Spain. Cherry red colour with garnet hues, in aromas of fresh berries, balsamic and toasted. Balanced in the mouth, structured with very soft tannins. Pairs perfectly with a cheese platter or any kind of meat dish. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with yeast at a temperature of 18 to 20 degrees. Once the fermentation is finished, it is transferred to mixed barrels for 4 to 6 months. Since 1920 Bodegas Thesaurus has been making its wines by selecting grapes from the Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin. The Ribera is ideal for the cultivation of the vine. Its proximity to the Duero River, together with the extreme temperatures, generates the perfect conditions for the cultivation of the tempranillo variety.
