Product Description

Marqués de la Concordia Gran Reserva Brut Nature DO Cava made from 30% Chardonnay, 25% Macabeo, 25% Parellada and 20% Xarel·lo grapes. Colour straw yellow with golden tinges. Fine bubbles. Fruity in nose with aromas of apricot and peach from the vineyard. Intense, fresh with notes of bottle ageing. Flavours of nuts, toasted bread and citrus on the palate.

Premium cava made using the traditional methods and produced exclusively in exceptional vintages. After a light maceration of exclusively hand-selected and harvested in 20 kg baskets, this cava is aged in the bottle for 48-50 months in a cellar at a depth of 30 metres.

Ideal on its own or with seafood and grilled fish.

MM is one of the leading producers of Cava, having established the production of Cava in the property of San Sadurni d'Anoia in 1882, in the heart of the Penedès, 40 km southwest of Barcelona. Since then, quality has been synonymous with the production of some of Spain's finest sparkling wines. Since 1882 their Cavas have been made following the traditional method (the same production method as Champagne). Every year these Cavas win international awards for their excellent quality.
