Marqués de la Concordia Reserva Familia Rose Brut DO Cava made from 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Monastrel grapes. Pale pink colour. On the nose, delicate aromas of strawberry and raspberry with hints of toast and almond. Delicate and elegant on the palate. Creamy and silky, balanced and persistent.
Cava made from free-run must from the best hand-picked grapes harvested by hand, macerated and fermented at low temperature. Second fermentation in the cellars of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, with a long ageing process on the lees. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle. It remains in the cellar for 36-40 months of ageing before being put on the market.
Ideal as an aperitif, with fish and with desserts.
MM is one of the leading producers of Cava, having established the production of Cava in the property of San Sadurni d'Anoia in 1882, in the heart of the Penedès, 40 km southwest of Barcelona. Since then, quality has been synonymous with the production of some of Spain's finest sparkling wines. Since 1882 their Cavas have been made following the traditional method (the same production method as Champagne). Every year these Cavas win international awards for their excellent quality.
