Sweet and smoky roasted piquillo pepper stuffed with Bacalao salt cod. The bacalao is diced and blended into a creamy béchamel and filled in the capsicum. The stuffed capsicums are then covered in a mild tomato sauce. Heat and serve in a casserole for a delicious tapa.
