Fresh Hake fish and prawns blended into a creamy béchamel sauce, and then stuffed into whole peppers to create this classic tapa. A mild tomate sauce covers the capsicums. This a really easy tapa that you can prepare in a few minutes, just heat and serve. Perfect to have with your favorite wine.
