Product Description

Red wine Tinto Roa Crianza combines tradition and modernity. Elaborated with the Tempranillo variety, selected from their own vineyards, harvested at its right point, temperature-controlled fermentation in concrete deposits with medium-long maceration. Aged for 12 months, in French and American oak in a proportion of 70%, 30%, never in barrels for longer than 4 years. Cherry red color with violet tint, clean, bright, good tear. Intense ripe fruit, perfectly assembled with aromas of the aging in oak, toffees, balsamic, mineral giving a fine and pleasant set. With a lot of body, gourmand, polished tannin, perfectly assembled pleasant wood and long aftertaste. Ideal to pair with red meats, spoon dishes, cold meats, sheep cheeses and blue fish.
