These tiny sardines are harvested in small batches from the cool waters of Galicia. Each sardine is carefully prepared and packed by hand in sunflower oil. This results in a tender, mild sardine, with a taste of the sea but not strong fishy flavors. Serve with good bread and a glass of white wine, or add to a fresh salad.
