Each capsicum is peeled by hand and packed in its own juice, preserving its amazing flavour. The piquillo peppers is a variety of capsicum produced in the town of Lodosa (Navarra) in the north of Spain. It is is protected by the Denomination of Origin of Piquillo de Lodosa.
