Sparkling white wine Freixenet Brut Barroco Cava, bright and bubbly. Mixed aromas of citrus fruits, light toasted aromas and tones of syrup. Freixenet Brut Barroco is a Brut Reserve cava from the Freixenet winery was crafted from Parellada, Macabeo, and Xarel-lo grapes.
This reserve cava, Freixenet Brut Barroco, has a lemon-yellow colored body that is bright and clean. This cava has abundant effervescence that is very elegant with fine bubbles. On the nose, elegant notes of yeast and brioche, fresh and light. The nose of this cava is dominated by fine citrus fruit notes that are entwined by dry fruits and crianza ageing notes. This cava´s crianza age has given it delectable pasty and bakery notes. On the mouth fine yeast, refreshing, fruity, elegant and satisfying finish. Brut Barroco by the Freixenet winery has a prolonged passage through the palate. This cava´s crianza age has helped it to realize its brilliant structure while conserving a fresh and smooth background and this palate presents a unique bouquet floral notes.
