MM is one of the leading producers of Cava. Quality has been synonymous with the production of some of Spain's finest sparkling wines. Since 1882 their Cavas have been made following the traditional method (the same production method as Champagne). ⁠Every year these Cavas win international awards for their excellent quality.⁠

Brut Nature: Pale golden colour. On the nose shows aromas of lemon and apricot with toasted bread notes. Fine and elegant with an aged and balanced touch. Texture full and creamy, and lingering aftertaste⁠

Rose Brut: Pale pink colour. On the nose, delicate aromas of strawberry and raspberry with hints of toast and almond. Delicate and elegant on the palate. Creamy and silky, balanced and persistent.⁠

⁠Gran Reserva Brut Nature: Colour straw yellow with golden tinges. Fine bubbles. ⁠Fruity in nose with aromas of apricot and peach from the vineyard. ⁠Intense, fresh with notes of bottle ageing. Flavours of nuts, toasted bread and citrus on the palate.⁠
